Meet Our Staff

Our friendly administration staff provide a high standard of customer service at all times and offer support and assistance throughout your consultation & hair loss treatment.

They will help you with your bookings, payments and any information you may require. If they are unable to answer your questions, they will correspond with the right person to find the information you need.

The Martinick Hair Restoration hair loss educators, Paul and Kate are both highly trained and knowledgeable in both hair loss and hair loss treatments. Paul specialises in Male Hair Loss, while Kate is a qualified Trichologist with a special interest in Female Hair Loss.

An integral part of a Hair Transplant procedure is our Technicians. Our surgical team consists of 7 full time technicians and 5 part time technicians. These staff members are carefully selected for their skills and knowledge. All the staff undergo comprehensive formal training in the area of hair restoration and hair loss treatment. The Martinick Technique is used to train all of our staff and Dr Jennifer Martinick oversees all training. All staff attend ongoing training seminars and sessions.

Theatre staff and consultants have current first aid training and regularly attend national and international conferences in the field of hair restoration to maintain continuous education.
