Scalp Micropigmentation

WHAT IS SCALP MICROPIGMENTATION?

Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) is a non-invasive cosmetic treatment that uses micro-needles to deposit pigment into the scalp. The result creates the appearance of hair follicles that help thicken and restore the look of fuller hair.

With SMP the results are immediate. There is no invasive surgery, no scarring and no downtime.

When delivered by a skilled artist, SMP (also called Hair Tattoo) can restore receded hairlines, thicken remaining hair on men and women, camouflage scalp scars and create the look of a full head of hair.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The practitioner will carry out a comprehensive consultation with you, and together we will design a suitable hairline. This way, you know exactly what is achievable and what you can expect the end result to look like prior to starting the procedure.

All procedures are completed in a sterile, clean clinic environment using only the highest standard of pigments with the latest equipment available, so you are assured of quality.

3-4 sessions are required (10-14 days apart) to achieve the final result. After this, your treatment is complete. In most cases, we recommend considering touch-ups every 18-24 just to keep your SMP looking its optimal best.

Scalp Micropigmentation is available at our Sydney, Melbourne and Perth studios.
